Cancellation and Booking Policies

Travel arrangements involve multiple suppliers, each with distinct cancellation and refund terms. Review all trip-specific terms carefully before payment.

Section 01

General Cancellation Policy

All deposits, planning fees, consultation fees, and service fees paid directly to The Molecular Muse Travel are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Supplier deposits and payments remain subject to the terms established by each travel supplier. Penalties may increase as departure approaches, and some bookings become fully nonrefundable. A cancellation is complete only after written receipt and acknowledgment.

Section 02

Group Travel Policy

Group trip deposits are generally nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the individual agreement states otherwise. Travelers must pay by published deadlines. Missed deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payments. Name, occupancy, date, or arrangement changes may create additional fees and require supplier approval.

Section 03

Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended. Depending on the selected policy, it may help protect against certain cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, or baggage loss. Travelers who decline coverage may be asked to sign a waiver. The Molecular Muse Travel cannot guarantee refunds or credits for circumstances that may have been covered.

Section 04

Airline Policy

Tickets are governed by the issuing airline. Many are nonrefundable and may involve change fees, fare differences, or restrictions. The Molecular Muse Travel is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, delays, missed connections, baggage fees, or seat assignment changes.

Section 05

Supplier Changes

Hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and other suppliers may change schedules, accommodations, activities, or services. We make reasonable efforts to assist when changes occur, but supplier decisions remain outside the agency’s direct control.

Section 06

Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for reviewing invoices and documents, verifying names and dates, paying on time, obtaining passports and visas, reviewing entry requirements, following applicable laws, purchasing appropriate protection, and arriving on time for all scheduled services.

Section 07

Policy Agreement

By submitting payment, the traveler acknowledges review and acceptance of the applicable booking, cancellation, supplier, and travel protection terms.
