These general terms support a clear, professional planning relationship. Trip-specific agreements and supplier terms also apply.
Travel advisor role
The Molecular Muse Travel acts as an advisor and intermediary for independent travel suppliers. Supplier performance, schedules, policies, and decisions remain outside the agency’s direct control.
Accuracy and pricing
Quotes remain subject to availability and change until confirmed by deposit or full payment. Travelers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing before authorization.
Traveler documentation
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, health documentation, and compliance with destination rules. Requirements can change and should be verified with appropriate government authorities.
Payments and changes
Payments must follow stated deadlines. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and credits are governed by agency agreements and applicable supplier terms.
Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. Payment or written authorization indicates acceptance of the terms provided for the applicable service or reservation.
